Installed pricing in the Phoenix market generally falls into two bands. A standard flake floor is typically $5 to $8 per square foot. Fastidious Coatings does not install that system.
Our work is specified as a premium system, priced per square foot. Flake, in epoxy or polyaspartic, is typically $8 to $10 per square foot. Metallic, on the same preparation and the same non-yellowing topcoat, is typically $12 to $16 per square foot. A written proposal follows a review of moisture, existing coatings, and crack repair.
Square footage is the start, not the quote. Moisture, old coatings that have to be ground off, pits, access, and whether the room is a two-car garage or a warehouse all change the scope. Furniture and vehicles need to be out before we arrive.
A written scope: grind and profile, crack repair, 100% solids epoxy base, the color layer you pick, and two polyaspartic coats. Cure times for foot traffic and for cars are in that scope.
