Polyaspartic is the one-day system. The slab is diamond-ground and repaired that morning. A polyaspartic base goes down, flake or metallic goes into it, and a second polyaspartic coat seals it before the crew leaves. It is UV-stable, so Arizona sun does not yellow the color.
Epoxy is the other system. It is thicker and needs overnight before the topcoat, so it is a two-day floor. Both are premium. The slab, the sun, and how fast the room has to come back decide which one we use.
