Fastidious Coatings installs flake, metallic, and solid epoxy systems in North Scottsdale and the older grid. The build does not change by ZIP code: diamond grind, crack repair, 100% solids epoxy, and a UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat.
Garages in Scottsdale take hot tires and afternoon sun at the door, so the finish is polyaspartic rather than a second coat of epoxy. Covered patios are quoted only when the slab and the exposure fit.
