A working shop needs a floor that takes oil, dropped tools, and foot traffic without turning into dust. We diamond-grind the slab, fill cracks, and install flake on epoxy or polyaspartic. The scraped flake texture is the better choice when the floor gets wet or walked on in work boots.
Metallic is the same build when the shop is also a showroom or a car room. The difference is the color layer, not the prep. Both finish under an aliphatic topcoat that does not yellow.
Home gyms, detached shops, and light commercial bays sit in this same system. Heavy forklift traffic is quoted as commercial, after we see the slab.
